(Cross-posted to Modulo Errors) A quick link-and-run as I’m just back from the Westcountry with 20Gb of video/photos to process, but whilst I was away a guest post I wrote for the SoSauce travel geek blog went live, which can be found here. It’s part of my ongoing ‘mathematical tourism’-themed contributions to the site, covering a couple of locations [...] I have now submitted my PhD thesis for examination; hopefully the viva will be in April. Until then, I finally have the time for various projects and trips I’ve been planning, so there should be a bit more activity here.
